Our Story

Thoughts Training was started in 2009 by two alumni of London School of Economics with an investment of passion in mind. It was then enriched by two other vibrant professionals, who proved their flair in Human Resource Development. Today we are one of the pioneering companies which deliver quality education and training programmes for corporate organizations and educational institutions across the world.

Thoughts Training has a global footprint with head office at Great Russell Street, London, and offices in India and Dubai (opens in January 2012). We have trained more than 30,000 people from countries such as India, England, Nigeria, China, Korea, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Switzerland, Chile, France, and Canada. In India, even though the activities sprawled across the country, the operations are being controlled from our office at Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala.

Thoughts Training developed the idea of LIFOLOGY, which emerged as a new wave in the corporate education and training industry. A handful of companies and educational institutions have already got benefitted from this scientific, artistic and holistic approach towards life. The chief point which we emphasizes is that it does not attempt to train a person to face any specific situation in life such as interviews or Group Discussions or Team activities, but equip him/her to be a sophisticated who finds out solutions by themselves.
